Why we test film
Today, the market is flooded with materials of inconsistent quality. A film may look perfect, but after six months it can fade or peel off. To eliminate this risk, we introduced mandatory incoming inspection.
We take responsibility for material physics. Our laboratory guarantees that you buy a product with verified properties. We filter out defects before they reach your project.

We measure UV protection: real solar radiation blocking.
We inspect the adhesive layer for bubbles and delamination to ensure shard retention on impact.

To guarantee durability, we model future operating conditions. Film samples are placed in a climate chamber with critical UV and humidity values.
This test lets us predict service life with mathematical precision. We know in advance that the film will not turn purple and will not bubble, because it has already proven durability in instrument testing.
In just 14 days of testing, a sample receives a stress load equal to 2 years of real operation under sunlight.

Tensile testing machine
A bench for tear and stretch testing. We load samples to critical values to verify elasticity and material strength, which is crucial for protective films.

A machine for film durability assessment. It simulates complex weather conditions: ultraviolet exposure, high humidity and temperature stress.
Spectrophotometer
A high-precision device for measuring light transmission in three ranges: UV, visible and infrared. It verifies compliance with standards and confirms real heat-blocking performance.
